In our packages the coating goes on every external panel, and on headlights, tail lights and exterior trim as well, so the whole car beads and cleans the same way.

Coated Indoors

Coating in a driveway lets wind-blown dust settle into the wet coating. Our bays are indoors, lit for inspection and kept at a steady temperature so the coating cures the way its maker intended.

Road Grime From the Commute

Freeway driving on roads like Eastern Freeway coats a car in road film, bugs and brake dust. A ceramic coating lets most of it rinse off, so the car stays clean longer between washes.

Ceramic or Graphene

Both cure into a hard layer over the clear coat. Graphene adds a slicker finish and lower surface tension, so it spots less on hot panels. If the car sleeps outside, graphene usually earns its extra cost.

What a Coating Does

The coating bonds to the clear coat and fills the tiny pores that make paint grab dirt. Rain beads and rolls off, bugs release with a rinse, and the clear coat is shielded from UV and chemical staining.

Customers make the trip because the work is done indoors by our own team rather than in a driveway, and we plan the booking so it takes one visit, not several. Booking and Turnaround

Coatings need curing time, so most cars stay with us for a couple of days. From Bundoora, most people bundle work into one visit: tint with a detail, or film with a coating, so the car only makes the trip once. We confirm the timing when you book.

Coating Versus Wax

Do you come to me, or do I bring the car in?

Every job is done at our Mitcham workshop. Film, coatings and tint need clean indoor bays and proper lighting, which a driveway cannot give, and that is what our results depend on.

Why not use a DIY ceramic kit?

DIY kits skip the preparation. Applied over contaminated, uncorrected paint they lock in the problems and last a fraction as long.

Is a ceramic coating worth it?

If you keep the car more than a couple of years, usually yes. It replaces the wax cycle and keeps the paint from dulling.
