Car Detailing Bundoora

Car Detailing for Bundoora Drivers

Liquid R serves Bundoora and the rest of Melbourne’s north from one workshop in Mitcham, about 25.5 km away and roughly 40 minutes by car outside peak hour. Detailing covers decontamination, staged machine correction and full interior work, with machine polishing from $850.

Detailing is often the first step before a coating or film, because both lock in whatever finish sits underneath. A maintenance detail usually takes a day, and correction one to three days.

Prices are the same wherever you live: the quote depends on the car, not the postcode. Call 1800 985 880 or text 0483 930 888 to book.

Exterior Detailing

Full decontamination, then staged machine correction, what most Australians call a cut and polish, to cut back swirl marks, light scratches and oxidation before polishing to a deep gloss. It changes how the paint reads in daylight.

Keeping It Detailed

The fastest way to waste a detail is a brush car wash on the way home. We hand over a simple routine: pH neutral shampoo, two buckets and a microfibre dry.

Commuter Car Grime

Daily runs on Eastern Freeway leave iron particles and brake dust bonded to the paint and wheels. A proper detail removes them before they etch, and a coating afterwards slows the build-up.

Selling the Car? Detail It First

Buyers price what they see. A corrected, deep cleaned car photographs and negotiates better, and the detail usually costs less than the first price drop a tired car takes. For high value cars, see prestige car detailing.

Three Package Levels

Basic covers a decontamination wash and interior clean, the starting point of our car detailing packages. Deluxe adds machine polish and interior protection. Premium is multi-stage correction and protection inside and out. Inclusions are confirmed on your quote.

Why Customers Come to Us

Liquid R has one workshop, in Mitcham, and it is a fair drive from Bundoora. Customers make the trip because the work is done indoors by our own team rather than in a driveway, and we plan the booking so it takes one visit, not several. More about who we are, and if you are comparing shops, our guide to the best car detailing in Melbourne lists what to check.

Booking and Turnaround

A maintenance detail is usually a day, and correction runs one to three days. From Bundoora, most people bundle work into one visit: tint with a detail, or film with a coating, so the car only makes the trip once. We confirm the timing when you book.

Indoors, Under Proper Lights

Every detail is done in our indoor bays, lit for inspection so defects are visible while we work. Polishing outdoors in bright sun hides swirls that show up later. More on what a proper detail changes.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you book. Anything else, call 1800 985 880.

How far is Liquid R from Bundoora?

The workshop at 12/23A Cook Road, Mitcham is about 25.5 km from Bundoora, roughly 40 minutes by car outside peak hour.

Do Bundoora customers pay the same price?

Yes. Every price is the same wherever you live. The quote depends on the car and the work, never the postcode.

Do you come to me, or do I bring the car in?

Every job is done at our Mitcham workshop. Film, coatings and tint need clean indoor bays and proper lighting, which a driveway cannot give, and that is what our results depend on.

Is detailing worth it before selling?

Almost always. The detail usually costs less than the first haggle a tired car invites.

Will detailing remove scratches?

Swirls and shallow scratches polish out. A scratch you can catch a fingernail in is through the clear coat and needs paint.
