Ceramic Coating Brunswick

Ceramic Coating Brunswick: Done in Mitcham

Liquid R serves Brunswick and the rest of inner Melbourne from one workshop in Mitcham, about 28 km away and roughly 40 minutes by car outside peak hour. Ceramic coating starts at $980 on bare paint, including decontamination and machine polish, and new car packages start at $1090.

A coating keeps paint glossy and easy to wash for two to five years in normal Melbourne use. It will not stop stone chips, so plenty of owners pair it with film on the front, which we can fit in the same booking.

Every quote is a fixed figure before the car is booked, and it is the same whichever suburb you come from. Call 1800 985 880 or text 0483 930 888 to book.

Washing a Coated Car

pH neutral shampoo, a rinse before contact, no brush car washes, and a clean towel or blower to dry, as set out in our guide to washing a coated car. Done that way the coating keeps beading and nothing gritty gets dragged across the paint.

Road Grime From the Commute

Freeway driving on roads like Eastern Freeway coats a car in road film, bugs and brake dust. A ceramic coating lets most of it rinse off, so the car stays clean longer between washes.

Dual Layer Upgrade

For owners chasing more durability, packages can be upgraded to a dual layer coating or to Labocosmetica STC and HPC Pro. We will tell you plainly when the standard coating is all your car needs.

Coating an Older Car

Older paint often shows the biggest change. The process is the same: decontaminate, correct what correction can fix, then coat. The coating locks in the corrected finish and makes it far easier to keep.

One Workshop, in Mitcham

Let us be straight: Mitcham is not around the corner from Brunswick. What you get for the drive is indoor bays, inspection lighting and our own team on your car, rather than a van in a car park. More about who we are, and if you are comparing shops, our guide to the best ceramic coating in Melbourne lists what to check.

Booking and Turnaround

Coatings need curing time, so most cars stay with us for a couple of days. Coming from Brunswick, it makes sense to combine jobs, such as film and coating, or a detail with tint, into one booking so the drive happens once. We confirm the timing when you book.

Lights, Trim and Every Panel

In our packages the coating goes on every external panel, and on headlights, tail lights and exterior trim as well, so the whole car beads and cleans the same way.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you book. Anything else, call 1800 985 880.

How far is Liquid R from Brunswick?

The workshop at 12/23A Cook Road, Mitcham is about 28 km from Brunswick, roughly 40 minutes by car outside peak hour.

Is pricing different for Brunswick?

No. Every price is the same wherever you live. The quote depends on the car and the work, never the postcode.

Do you come to me, or do I bring the car in?

Every job is done at our Mitcham workshop. Film, coatings and tint need clean indoor bays and proper lighting, which a driveway cannot give, and that is what our results depend on.

Ceramic or graphene coating?

Both protect the clear coat. Graphene is slicker and spots less on hot panels, which suits cars parked outside.

Why not use a DIY ceramic kit?

DIY kits skip the preparation. Applied over contaminated, uncorrected paint they lock in the problems and last a fraction as long.
