PPF Mill Park

PPF Mill Park: Fitted in Mitcham

Mill Park drivers come to Liquid R in Mitcham for PPF. The workshop is about 28.1 km from Mill Park, roughly 45 minutes by car outside peak hour. PPF, the clear film that stops stone chips, starts at $180 for headlights and runs to $5980 for every painted panel, with a full front from $1980.

Every PPF job is cut by plotter for your model and finished with wrapped edges, indoors in one of our ten bays. Coverage runs from door edges and cups to the whole car, and a ceramic layer can go over the film for $650 in the same booking.

Customers from Mill Park pay the same as everyone else, because the price follows the car and the work. Call 1800 985 880 or text 0483 930 888 to book.

The Drive from Mill Park

Paint protection film being trimmed on a panel

Full Body PPF at $5980

Every painted panel in clear film, so doors, sills and the rear bumper get what the nose gets. It suits new deliveries, expensive factory colours and cars you plan to keep. Allow about a week.

What Moves a PPF Quote

Panel area sets the base price and shape does the rest: a deep bumper full of sensors and vents takes far more film and time than a flat bonnet. Swirled or resprayed paint is machine polished first, from $850, because film shows what is under it. The full breakdown is in our PPF cost guide.

New Estates and Roadworks

Areas with new estates often have roadworks, trucks and loose gravel on the road. That is exactly what chips a bonnet edge, and front end film from $1980 is the fix that lasts.

Washing a Filmed Car

pH neutral shampoo, a soft mitt, no brush car washes, and keep the pressure washer a hand span from film edges. Bird droppings and sap should come off promptly, and stubborn water spots come out at our counter in minutes. The full routine is on our aftercare page.

Two Warranties, Both in Writing

The film maker covers the film against yellowing, cracking and delamination, and we cover the installation. Both are handed over at pickup with care instructions, so you know who stands behind what.

Mill Park Customers, One Workshop

We have no branch out near Mill Park, only our Mitcham workshop. If the drive suits you, the work is done indoors by staff who do this every day, and the booking is planned around a single trip. More about who we are, and if you are comparing shops, our guide to the best PPF in Melbourne lists what to check.

How Long the Car Stays

Headlight film is under an hour, a full front about two days and full body film about a week. Because of the distance, we plan the work so the car needs one drop-off and one pickup, even when several jobs are booked together. We confirm the timing when you book.

Film on a New Car First

Film bonds best to paint that has never seen a freeway, so the ideal booking is straight from the dealer. We photograph any delivery defects before covering them, and new car packages bundle film with coating and tint.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you book. Anything else, call 1800 985 880.

How far is Liquid R from Mill Park?

The workshop at 12/23A Cook Road, Mitcham is about 28.1 km from Mill Park, roughly 45 minutes by car outside peak hour.

Do Mill Park customers pay the same price?

Yes. Every price is the same wherever you live. The quote depends on the car and the work, never the postcode.

Do you come to me, or do I bring the car in?

Every job is done at our Mitcham workshop. Film, coatings and tint need clean indoor bays and proper lighting, which a driveway cannot give, and that is what our results depend on.

Does PPF turn yellow?

Quality film is UV stable and warranted against yellowing by its maker. Yellowing is a problem of budget film.

Is PPF worth it?

For cars that do freeway kilometres, usually yes. One repainted bumper costs more than a wear and tear pack.
