Liquid R serves Heathmont and the rest of Melbourne’s east from one workshop in Mitcham, about 6.2 km away and roughly 15 minutes by car outside peak hour. PPF, the clear film that stops stone chips, starts at $180 for headlights and runs to $5980 for every painted panel, with a full front from $1980.
The film is a clear urethane layer with a self-healing top coat, so light scratches relax out in the sun. We fit it in our own indoor bays, with the maker’s warranty on the film and ours on the installation, plus a free check in the first month.

Heathmont to Mitcham
The run from Heathmont to Cook Road in Mitcham is about 6.2 km via Canterbury Road. Outside peak hour that is around 15 minutes, and you park on site when you arrive. If you would rather not wait, Mitcham and Heatherdale stations on the Lilydale and Belgrave lines are both about 1.5 km from the workshop. Directions and opening hours are on our contact page.
Full Front PPF from $1980
Bonnet, front bumper, guards and mirrors in self-healing film, about two days in the workshop. Freeway gravel lands almost entirely on the front third of a car, which is why most daily drivers stop here.
Car Park Knocks and Stone Chips
Local driving brings its own damage: door edges tapped in shopping centre car parks, handle cups scratched by rings, and stones from the car in front. A wear and tear pack from $380 covers the first two.

We do not have a Heathmont branch, and we do not need one: Heathmont is one of the closest areas to our Mitcham workshop. Planning the Visit
Headlight film is under an hour, a full front about two days and full body film about a week. From Heathmont it is easy to drop the car on the way to work and collect it on the way home. Saturday mornings are open 8:30am to 12:30pm.
PPF on Utes, 4WDs and EVs
Utes get film on tray rails and tailgate edges, 4WD tourers get thicker Bushwrapz film, and electric cars with soft factory paint often go straight to full body film. Glass roofs can take Crystal Shield from $350.

Every job is done at our Mitcham workshop. Film, coatings and tint need clean indoor bays and proper lighting, which a driveway cannot give, and that is what our results depend on.
For cars that do freeway kilometres, usually yes. One repainted bumper costs more than a wear and tear pack.
