Bayswater to Mitcham
The run from Bayswater to Cook Road in Mitcham is about 9.8 km via EastLink. Outside peak hour that is around 15 minutes, and you park on site when you arrive. Bayswater is on the same train line as us: Mitcham and Heatherdale stations are each about 1.5 km from the workshop, so leaving the car and taking the train home works. Door cups, door edges and the boot ledge pick up marks on every car, however carefully it is driven. This pack covers them in clear film and is the cheapest way to keep a car looking looked after at trade-in.
Freeway Kilometres on EastLink
Coming from Bayswater usually means time on EastLink. Sitting behind traffic at freeway speed is the classic recipe for a chipped bonnet edge and a pitted bumper, which is why a full front is where most commuters start.

How Long the Car Stays
Headlight film is under an hour, a full front about two days and full body film about a week. Bayswater is close enough that waiting at home while we work is realistic. Saturday mornings are open 8:30am to 12:30pm.
What Moves a PPF Quote
Panel area sets the base price and shape does the rest: a deep bumper full of sensors and vents takes far more film and time than a flat bonnet. Swirled or resprayed paint is machine polished first, from $850, because film shows what is under it. The full breakdown is in our PPF cost guide.
