Ceramic Coating Williamstown

Ceramic Coating for Williamstown Drivers

Liquid R serves Williamstown and the rest of Melbourne’s west from one workshop in Mitcham, about 38.8 km away and roughly 55 minutes by car outside peak hour. Ceramic coating starts at $980 on bare paint, including decontamination and machine polish, and new car packages start at $1090.

A coating keeps paint glossy and easy to wash for two to five years in normal Melbourne use. It will not stop stone chips, so plenty of owners pair it with film on the front, which we can fit in the same booking.

Prices are the same wherever you live: the quote depends on the car, not the postcode. Call 1800 985 880 or text 0483 930 888 to book.

How Long It Lasts

A professionally applied coating protects for two to five years in normal Melbourne use, and well maintained cars have stretched ours toward nine. The wash routine makes most of the difference, and our list of mistakes to avoid after a coating covers the rest.

Coating an Older Car

Older paint often shows the biggest change. The process is the same: decontaminate, correct what correction can fix, then coat. The coating locks in the corrected finish and makes it far easier to keep.

Coatings Near the Bay

Salt spray and sea air settle on cars parked near the water. A coated surface releases that residue with a rinse, instead of holding it until the next wash drags it across the paint.

Water Spots and Bore Water

Sprinklers and bore water leave mineral rings that etch bare paint in the sun. Graphene chemistry in particular resists those spots, and a coated panel releases them with a normal wash.

Leather and Fabric Coating

Gtechniq L1 on leather and I1 on fabric slow how fast spills soak in, so coffee and sunscreen wipe away instead of staining. Popular on light interiors and family cars.

Williamstown Customers, One Workshop

We have no branch out near Williamstown, only our Mitcham workshop. If the drive suits you, the work is done indoors by staff who do this every day, and the booking is planned around a single trip. More about who we are, and if you are comparing shops, our guide to the best ceramic coating in Melbourne lists what to check.

Booking and Turnaround

Coatings need curing time, so most cars stay with us for a couple of days. Because of the distance, we plan the work so the car needs one drop-off and one pickup, even when several jobs are booked together. We confirm the timing when you book.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you book. Anything else, call 1800 985 880.

How far is Liquid R from Williamstown?

The workshop at 12/23A Cook Road, Mitcham is about 38.8 km from Williamstown, roughly 55 minutes by car outside peak hour.

Do Williamstown customers pay the same price?

Yes. Every price is the same wherever you live. The quote depends on the car and the work, never the postcode.

Do you come to me, or do I bring the car in?

Every job is done at our Mitcham workshop. Film, coatings and tint need clean indoor bays and proper lighting, which a driveway cannot give, and that is what our results depend on.

Is a ceramic coating worth it?

If you keep the car more than a couple of years, usually yes. It replaces the wax cycle and keeps the paint from dulling.

Ceramic or graphene coating?

Both protect the clear coat. Graphene is slicker and spots less on hot panels, which suits cars parked outside.
