Cut and Polish from $850

Machine polishing starts from $850. We start with the lightest cut that shows a result and work the deeper defects individually, because clear coat is finite and modern cars have less of it than ever.

Keeping It Detailed

The fastest way to waste a detail is a brush car wash on the way home. We hand over a simple routine: pH neutral shampoo, two buckets and a microfibre dry.

Commuter Car Grime

Daily runs on Burwood Highway leave iron particles and brake dust bonded to the paint and wheels. A proper detail removes them before they etch, and a coating afterwards slows the build-up.

Interior Detailing

Carpets and mats extracted, leather cleaned and fed, vents and switchgear brushed out. Sunscreen film on plastics and coffee in the console both come out, and the cabin leaves smelling of nothing. Why it is worth doing properly is covered in the benefits of a premium detail.

Wheels and Calipers

Brake dust bakes onto wheels and calipers first. After cleaning we can apply a high temperature wheel ceramic, $60 per wheel, so the dust rinses off between details.

Why Customers Come to Us

We have no branch out near Windsor, only our Mitcham workshop. If the drive suits you, the work is done indoors by staff who do this every day, and the booking is planned around a single trip. More about who we are, and if you are comparing shops, our guide to the best car detailing in Melbourne lists what to check.

How Long the Car Stays

A maintenance detail is usually a day, and correction runs one to three days. From Windsor, most people bundle work into one visit: tint with a detail, or film with a coating, so the car only makes the trip once. We confirm the timing when you book.

Swirls, Water Spots and Sun Damage

Melbourne paint collects wash swirls from brush car washes, mineral rings from sprinklers, oxidised patches from years of UV and fine car park door marks. Each has its own fix, and most look worse than they are. Dark paint shows them most, as our article on protecting dark cars explains.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you book. Anything else, call 1800 985 880.

How far is Liquid R from Windsor?

The workshop at 12/23A Cook Road, Mitcham is about 24.5 km from Windsor, roughly 40 minutes by car outside peak hour.

Who does the best car detailing near Windsor?

Judge any shop on the things that decide the result: inspection before quoting, staged machine correction under proper lights, deep interior work and an honest answer on what will not come out. That is how we work at our Mitcham workshop, about 24.5 km from Windsor, and we are happy to show you finished cars before you book.

Do Windsor customers pay the same price?

No. Every price is the same wherever you live. The quote depends on the car and the work, never the postcode.

Do you come to me, or do I bring the car in?

Every job is done at our Mitcham workshop. Film, coatings and tint need clean indoor bays and proper lighting, which a driveway cannot give, and that is what our results depend on.

What is in each detailing package?

Basic is a decontamination wash and interior clean, Deluxe adds machine polish and interior protection, and Premium adds multi-stage correction and protection.

Will detailing remove scratches?

Swirls and shallow scratches polish out. A scratch you can catch a fingernail in is through the clear coat and needs paint.
