Ceramic Coating Dingley Village: Done in Mitcham

Looking for ceramic coating near Dingley Village? Liquid R is about 23.1 km away in Mitcham, roughly 30 minutes by car outside peak hour. Ceramic coating starts at $980 on bare paint, including decontamination and machine polish, and new car packages start at $1090.

Washing a Coated Car

pH neutral shampoo, a rinse before contact, no brush car washes, and a clean towel or blower to dry, as set out in our guide to washing a coated car. Done that way the coating keeps beading and nothing gritty gets dragged across the paint.

Dual Layer Upgrade

For owners chasing more durability, packages can be upgraded to a dual layer coating or to Labocosmetica STC and HPC Pro. We will tell you plainly when the standard coating is all your car needs.

Trees, Birds and Parking Outside

Cars parked on the street or under trees collect sap and bird droppings that etch bare paint in the sun. A coated surface buys time and releases them with a gentle wash.

Water Spots and Bore Water

Sprinklers and bore water leave mineral rings that etch bare paint in the sun. Graphene chemistry in particular resists those spots, and a coated panel releases them with a normal wash.

Why Customers Come to Us

Liquid R has one workshop, in Mitcham, and Dingley Village customers come to it. That is deliberate: ceramic coating work needs clean indoor bays and proper lighting that a mobile setup cannot match, and every job is done by our own team. More about who we are, and if you are comparing shops, our guide to the best ceramic coating in Melbourne lists what to check.

Planning the Visit

Coatings need curing time, so most cars stay with us for a couple of days. For Dingley Village customers we line up drop-off and pickup times when you book, so you know exactly which days the car is with us. We are open weekdays 8:30am to 5:00pm and Saturdays to 12:30pm.

Wheel Ceramic at $60 a Wheel

Brake dust bakes onto bare alloys and pits the finish. A wheel ceramic, $60 per wheel, handles the heat and lets the dust rinse off before it bonds.

Common Questions

Frequently asked questions

Straight answers before you book. Anything else, call 1800 985 880.

How far is Liquid R from Dingley Village?

The workshop at 12/23A Cook Road, Mitcham is about 23.1 km from Dingley Village, roughly 30 minutes by car outside peak hour.

Is pricing different for Dingley Village?

No. Every price is the same wherever you live. The quote depends on the car and the work, never the postcode.

Do you come to me, or do I bring the car in?

Every job is done at our Mitcham workshop. Film, coatings and tint need clean indoor bays and proper lighting, which a driveway cannot give, and that is what our results depend on.

Does a ceramic coating stop stone chips?

No. It protects against UV, staining, water spots and wash marks. Stone chips need paint protection film.

Can you coat an older car?

Yes. Older paint is decontaminated and corrected first, then coated, and often shows the biggest change.
